WARRANTY INFORMATION

All of our fly rods come with a life time limited warranty. The lifetime limited warranty of the fly rod applies only to the original owner of the fly rod, determined by the completion of the warranty registration process on our website (above), which must be completed 30 days after purchase. The lifetime limited warranty does not include misuse or theft of the rod or rods that have been customized in any manner. Every rod received will be inspected and either repaired or replaced as determined upon receipt. If the rod model submitted for warranty service is no longer available the rod will be replaced with a similar or comparable model available.

SUBMITTING RODS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

Please send all rods for warranty service to the address listed below. Please send the entire rod (including all broken sections) in a package similar to the package the rod was originally shipped in allowing an adequate amount of protection during shipment. The package should be insured for the total value of the fly rod and sent through a courier that provides tracking information. Include within the shipment a check for $45 (for the warranty service and shipping) and the following information: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Return Shipping Address, along with a description of the damage to the rod. Please allow 3-4 weeks for return of the repaired rod from date of shipment.

RETURNS
All Walters Fly Rods and Reels may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send an email with notification of the returned product to Info@WaltersFlyRods.com for further instructions.
